These Terms govern your use of the Hey Roger Smith website and dispatch services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Hey Roger Smith provides truck dispatch and back-office support for motor carriers — load booking, broker negotiation, paperwork, and accounting coordination. We act on your instructions and in your interest; you remain the carrier of record.

Eligibility

Our services are for U.S.-domiciled motor carriers with active operating authority and valid insurance. You are responsible for keeping your authority, insurance and driver qualifications current.

Fees and payment

Fees are agreed before service begins — a flat monthly rate or a percentage of gross, depending on your plan. There is no startup deposit and you can cancel any month. The exact terms are confirmed in writing when you sign up.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for safe and legal operation, hours-of-service compliance, and the condition of your equipment. We book loads and handle paperwork; we do not operate your truck.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, rates or load availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the period in question.

Termination

Either party may end the arrangement with the notice set out in your agreement. Obligations that by their nature survive termination — such as payment for services already provided — continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
