Yes. Qualified owner-operators and fleets may apply to operate under HRS authority. Approval depends on driving experience, safety history, equipment, documentation, and insurance eligibility.
Yes. Carriers can retain their own authority while outsourcing dispatch or other operational departments to HRS.
Yes. Established carriers can select individual services or complete operations management, depending on their internal structure and goals.
We specialize in car-hauling equipment — including 3-car, 5–6-car, 7–8-car, and 9-car haulers — and power-only operations, including Amazon Relay.
Yes. Company clients receive secure, dedicated access to our TMS, where they can monitor loads, gross revenue, RPM, mileage, deadhead, truck performance, and other operational data.
