Hey Roger Smith dispatches car haulers and Amazon Relay carriers across all 48 states. A dispatcher here is not a load-board clicker: you carry your own book of trucks, you know what each of them is worth on a lane, and you are the person the driver calls first.

The desk is covered around the clock in three shifts, so you will work one of them — agreed up front, not moved around on you.

What you will do

  • Book loads for a fixed book of 8–12 trucks, and defend the rate you booked them at.
  • Negotiate with brokers and shippers on the phone, not over three days of email.
  • Plan routes, appointments and home time around each driver’s clock and HOS.
  • Watch every load from pickup to POD, and raise a problem before the driver has to.
  • File detention, layover and TONU claims instead of writing them off.
  • Keep gross, RPM and empty miles honest in our TMS — the carrier reads the same numbers you do.

What we are looking for

  • Two years dispatching in the US market. Car hauling or power-only is a head start, not a requirement.
  • Fluent English on the phone. Русский or Español gets your application read twice.
  • You can read a rate confirmation and spot what is missing from it.
  • Comfortable turning down a cheap load and explaining why.
  • A quiet place to work and an internet connection you would trust with a booking call.

What we offer

  • Remote work, with the hours agreed up front and kept to.
  • Paid on results, not on hours logged.
  • Our own TMS — no spreadsheets held together with hope.
  • A team that answers in English, Español and Русский, around the clock.
