A dispatch department, not a dispatch service.

We run the back office for carriers hauling cars and running Amazon Relay — so the truck moves and nobody has to sit on the phone all day.

Who we are

Built by people who have run the lanes.

Hey Roger Smith started in 2018 with two trucks and one dispatcher who was tired of watching good carriers lose money to bad planning. The problem was never finding a load. It was finding the right one — the one that pays, that loads on time, and that leaves you somewhere worth being on Monday.

Today the same idea runs at scale. One specialized team covers load booking, broker relations, paperwork, safety and accounting, on its own TMS, for carriers across all 48 states. Two lanes only — car hauling and Amazon Relay — because a department that does everything does none of it well.

We are not a load board with a phone number. Every carrier has a dispatcher who knows their equipment, their home base and what they will and will not run.

How we work

Four things we do not compromise on.

No deposit, no lock-in

You pay for the week you were dispatched. If we stop earning it, you leave — no contract holding you in place.

Someone answers at 2am

A breakdown at night is not a next-business-day problem. Driver support runs around the clock, in English, Spanish and Russian.

Numbers you can check

Gross, rate per mile and deadhead, per week, from our own TMS. If a week was poor, the report says so.

The paperwork is ours

Rate confirmations, BOLs, detention claims, factoring. It reaches our desk, not your cab.

Testimonials

Hear it from the carriers who run with us.

James Taylor, Operations Supervisor

"Two of us used to spend half the day on the phone chasing loads. Now the week is covered by Monday morning and I only look at the exceptions."

Dispatch manager · 12 trucks

"What sold me was the paperwork. Rate cons, BOLs, detention claims — none of it lands on my desk any more."

Owner-operator · 1 truck, 53FT

"First full month with them beat the two before it. No deposit, no percentage games, and somebody actually picks up at two in the morning."

Fleet owner · 6 trucks, Dallas TX

"Deadhead is down about a fifth since they started planning our lanes. On a slow week that is the whole margin."

Owner-operator · 9-car, enclosed

"They deal with the brokers, the rate cons, the BOLs and the factoring. I drive and I read the settlement on Thursday. First arrangement that has held up past month three."

Fleet owner · 3 trucks, Amazon Relay

"Power Only through Relay, watched around the clock. The payout lands Thursday and I am not chasing anyone for it."

FAQ

Questions about working with us

We are a company with over 7 years of experience in the U.S. logistics and dispatch industry. Our mission, as defined by our CEO, Andrei Cotofan, is to completely take the operational and administrative burden off carriers’ shoulders. This gives you the freedom to focus exclusively on driving, growing your fleet, and building a profitable business, while we handle everything else. Our services cover all 48 contiguous U.S. states.

Unlike independent dispatchers who simply search for loads on load boards, we provide the concept of “an entire team behind every truck.” This means you outsource your entire administrative back office to specialized departments: Dispatch, Safety & Compliance, Accounting, Claims Management, 24/7 Roadside Assistance, and Driver Recruiting. We provide a complete infrastructure without requiring you to build and pay for six separate in-house departments.

Over the course of more than 7 years in business, we have built a robust and reliable structure. Today, we provide daily operational support to more than 150 drivers and successfully manage the delivery of over 5,000 loads every month. This scale allows us to secure preferential rates and maintain strong relationships with major brokers and shippers across the industry.

Our team is highly specialized in two major logistics niches: Car Hauling: We have extensive experience with all types of equipment, from 2–3 car haulers and 5–6 car haulers to large 7–8 car and 9-car trailers, including enclosed configurations. Power Only (including Amazon Relay): We optimize routes using top Amazon Relay accounts, UIIA opportunities, and partnerships with major brokers such as DAT, J.B. Hunt, Schneider, C.H. Robinson, and others to minimize deadhead miles.

The quality of our services is protected by a rigorous internal quality assurance system, directly supervised by our Quality Assurance Manager, Tom R. This system monitors the performance of every dispatcher, the status of every truck, and every load in transit in real time. This allows us to immediately address and correct potential errors, ensuring seamless communication with brokers and maintaining a high RPM (Rate Per Mile).

The security of our clients’ information is an absolute priority. We follow strict internal security protocols: all passwords and access keys for platforms and load boards are securely encrypted. Dispatchers have strictly limited access only to the information essential for the trucks they are directly responsible for, and all of their activity is systematically monitored and recorded to prevent unauthorized use.

The choice is entirely yours, giving you maximum flexibility. Under our MC: You can choose to operate directly under HRS’s authority and licenses, with full dispatch services, A+-rated insurance, accounting, safety, and 24/7 support included. Under your own MC: You can keep your own authority and full control over your company while delegating time-consuming back-office tasks to us.

We know that U.S. trucking does not stop at 5:00 PM, and neither do we. We have dedicated teams working in three shifts to provide complete 24/7/365 coverage. Whether it is a mechanical breakdown in the middle of the night, an issue at a weigh station, an emergency reported by a driver, or the need to resolve an urgent issue with a broker (“the broker call”), our team is always available by phone to protect your interests.

We are ready to get started in less than 24 hours for owner-operators and within 24–48 hours for larger fleets. All you need to do is complete the quick form on our website and send us the driver and equipment’s basic documents: CDL, Cab Card, and Medical Card. We will immediately take care of the remaining details, including broker agreements, account setup, and compliance.
